2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing an eligible product online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please email support@livelifedevotion.com within the applicable withdrawal period, clearly stating your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Please include your order number to help us locate your purchase.

You do not need to provide a reason or wait for our approval to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Returning Your Products

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and shipping instructions by email.

You generally have a further 14 days from the date of your withdrawal notification to send the products back.

Please package your return carefully to protect it during transportation.

You may inspect the products to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

You are not required to keep the products unopened or in their original packaging to exercise your statutory withdrawal right.
