2. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings

  • Subject to availability
  • Confirmed upon receipt of full payment

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund: Cancellations 48+ hours before event
  • Non-refundable: Cancellations within 48 hours
  • LIVE LIFE DEVOTION reserves the right to modify or cancel events as necessary

3. Participant Responsibilities

Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behavior towards attendees and staff required
  • Inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund

Health & Safety

  • Participants confirm physical and mental ability to participate
  • Consultation with physician recommended if concerns exist
  • Personal insurance coverage is participant’s responsibility

5. Participant Acknowledgments

By participating, you acknowledge and agree to:

2. Release of Liability

  • Release of LIVE LIFE DEVOTION and staff from claims
  • Acceptance of personal responsibility

3. Medical & Safety

  • Confirmation of medical fitness
  • Disclosure of relevant conditions
  • Compliance with instructor guidance

4. Media Consent

  • Optional participation in photography/recording
  • Right to decline promotional usage

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ibiza.
